OmniRoute Client Configurator

Build session environment scripts or OpenCode V1 JSON for your existing OmniRoute gateway. Normalize API endpoints, reference a secret environment variable and compare exact model mappings with a pasted catalog.

Two documented client configurations

Enter your existing gateway root or /v1 base URL, exact route ID and the name of a secret environment variable. Generate a Bash/Zsh or PowerShell session script for Claude Code, or OpenCode V1 provider/options JSON. The page makes no gateway requests, starts no service and changes no client configuration or network proxy.

Example values are fictional: gateway https://gateway.example/omni, model team-claude, secret reference OMNIROUTE_API_KEY. No real key is requested.

Endpoint normalization

Claude Code gateway root
https://gateway.example/omni
OpenCode base URL
https://gateway.example/omni/v1
Anthropic Messages endpoint
https://gateway.example/omni/v1/messages

Custom prefixes and valid IPv6 addresses are preserved. One trailing /v1 is normalized; duplicate /v1, full request endpoints, URL credentials, queries and fragments receive explicit errors.

Model mapping and credential references

Paste a models response, JSON ID array or one ID per line to compare exact selected mappings. Limits: 1,048,576 characters and 10,000 entries. Matching pasted IDs do not establish freshness, key access or a live connection. Without a catalog, mappings stay unchecked. Claude capability-tier mappings are optional; blank entries leave current defaults unchanged.

Claude Code exports ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN from the named environment variable, with a missing-secret guard. OpenCode uses an apiKey environment reference. No credential is embedded by this generator. Copy/download the configuration and launch command separately; commands are generated, not executed.

Version and compatibility scope

OmniRoute 3.8.52, revision a1be257c33f8da62dbad9baeba2eae094c947bc0, read 2026-10-18. OpenCode output is V1 provider/options JSON. Claude Code uses the Anthropic Messages surface; Anthropic does not support routing its CLI to non-Claude models. Use a Claude-backed route and check /status for actual effective settings. A valid configuration does not establish a successful backend response.
